The Halls Group's Surfacing Division have been undertaking groundwork, and tarmac and asphalt surface laying and repair work since the 1960's.

We work with local authorities, schools, civil engineering contractors, house builders and project management companies on innumerable contracts to build new roads, cycle paths, footpaths and playing surfaces, and complete similar road, cycle path and footpath repair and maintenance assignments throughout East Anglia.

The Surfacing Division is committed to meeting the delivery date and contractual needs of clients, and quality standards as specified under the New Roads and Street Works Act.
